1. How are the top ten decided?
When a user clicks on the link to the full text of the real estate listing, the # of unlocks counter increases. As deals receive more attention, the listing is moved up. Each week at midnight on Thursday night, the top ten most popular listings are sent out in an email to all of our subscribers.

2. What comments can I post?
Anything that is not vulgar or questionable content.

3. What if I want more information on one of the listings?
Just click on the link to the real estate agent.

4. How can I purchase one of the properties listed?
Just click on the link to the real estate agent, and proceed from there in a regular real estate transaction. LockBox is a listing service; all deals must be transacted through the listing agent. However, we’d love to hear any success stories! Just fill in the section on the Contact Us page.
